Tribaplymo actively invests in the training and education of gas industry specialists. We cooperate with leading UK universities, organizing courses in such areas as geology, engineering and project management.
In addition, we conduct our own trainings and seminars that help employees of partner companies master modern technologies and work methods. Training programs include both theoretical knowledge and practical training at the company's facilities.
Particular attention is paid to safety. Tribaplymo regularly updates its courses on labor protection standards, teaching employees how to properly use equipment and what to do in emergency situations.
